Clip enable and moving on Mac

Normal editing on Mac with latest AI Premiere beta version.

1.  Cut pieces on track

2. One would move, the other could not be move by ordinary means

3. Cutting/pasting or restart was only solution

Also random enabling/disabling of clips occurred even though clips didn't appear any differently on sequence unless restarted, so you may not see until export.
