Clip Transitions always appear selected. (New selection indicator is difficult to see.)

With the new UI changes, the transitions all appear selected. It is also very difficult to see if a clip is selected. It's not visually distinct enough. 

I've attached a screenshot to illustrate.

This is happening under Premiere Pro 24.5.0 Build 57
