Color Picker allows RGB values outside the valid 0–255 range

In Color Picker dialog, the value fields highlighted with red box can go outside the valid RGB range. The fields can display and accept both negative values and values greater than 255.
Expected behavior:
RGB channel values should be constrained to the valid 0–255 range. Values below 0 should be clamped to 0, and values above 255 should be clamped to 255.
Actual behavior:
The RGB fields allow values outside this range, resulting in invalid RGB values being displayed or entered in the Color Picker.
