Constant Audio Video Clock Out of Sync Errors (PP Beta Aug 2024)

I am getting constant "audio and video clock out of sync" warnings when prior to today I did not get these issues. I have sewarched through forums but have seen no solution that has wortked for me.

Worth noting: this only happens and it a little glitchy when I hit play, then moments later it evens out and plays just fine.
