Crashing while applying Workspace Layout

This issue has now happened on 5 new projects in Premiere Beta.

1.  Create New Project
2.  Change from Default Layout to "Custom" Layout
3.  Premiere crashes.
4.  Open same project file.
5.  Change layout to Custom Layout.
6.  No crash.

Seems everytime I create a new project and change from the default layout, the first attempt crashes Premiere.  The second attempt seems to work everytime though.
