Ctrl+alt locks timeline.

when using ctrl+alt when moving a clip around timeline lockes up.

Only solution is to restart program

    At least on my Windows 10 system,  I can undock and re-dock the timeline panel to fix it. Relaunching PPro also fixes it. My timeline does not "lock up" - everything else works as expected, I just can't drag any clips around.
