CUDA playback freeze in v27.0.0.20

The program monitor freezes completely on a single frame during playback when encountering sections with subtitles, shapes, gradients, or custom effect presets. Audio continues to play normally, but the video preview remains stuck. This issue arose immediately after updating to Premiere Pro Beta 27.0.0.20.
