Default Transition issue in Premiere Pro Beta v 25.0

When attempting to add a default transition at the beginnning or end of a clip, the transition is now defaulting to a translucent video, rather than to black as is standard.

    I just tried it in a new sequence, added a clip, trimmed some from each side, went to the beginning of the clip (and timeline) and added film, cross and impact dissolve (setting each one to defalt tx first) and they all faded up from black.
