Delete from disk (ctrl+delete) does not delete the original file. I still need to navigate to the folder in the file explorer to delete it manualy.

I’m seeing the same thing in beta (26.3 b25), but works OK in release version 26.02

Has Ctrl+Delete ever worked inside Premiere?

The only way i know to do the same inside Premiere is to use the Make Offline command and check the Media Files Are Deleted.

Ctrl-Delete does work in both beta and ship, however, you have to check a box to delete the disk file. Couldn’t find a shortcut for that in the keyboard file.

Aha, i confused Ctrl+Delete with Shift+Delete that i used daily in my file browser so when i tested Shift+Delete in Premiere it did nothing, as expected...

I was not aware of Ctrl+Delete in Premiere, this is a command i will use often!

And yes, it does not work in beta 26.3.0 build 26 but works as expected in shipping 26.0.2.
