dive into text-based editing (bug)

hello guy's

just want to provide a feed back.
when i oppened premier pro beta, and get the pop up (get more out of premier pro)
when i cleccked on the second point (dive into text-based editing) and click on start tutorial. 

premier pro opened but nothing happen, no tutorial, nothing.
i believe it was supposed to be a kind of guide totorial throught the new innovation you maked there , altrhought i'de like to report my experience to help your team to improve your tools.
