dont have essential graphics panel and the subtitles donestn show in properties

In addition to the Properties panel for working with graphics, (essentially the Edit tab of Essential Graphics) we now have the Graphics Templates panel - essentially the Browse tab for the earlier model.

What specific Beta build are you in?

The Essential Graphics Panel has been removed, and the Properties panel now shows text/caption properties. This is working for me in Beta 25.1.0.2 (and other recent versions). In, for example, the Captions and Graphics workspace, I select a caption, and its options are displayed in the Properties panel.
