Dragging Layers lags

Hi

I'm using the latest version of Premiere Pro Beta 25 (October 17, 2024). When I drag an adjustment layer onto my timeline and then try to extend it across multiple clips, it is extremely laggy and imprecise. It does not easily snap to clip ends and beginnings like it used to (yes, this feature is enabled). I have a high-end computer with a high-performance NVIDIA graphics card and all studio drivers updated.
