Dynamic Link fails on Premiere Pro as if After Effects is not installed

Windows 10 using the latest Beta Premiere Pro and After Effects so far.

I have a project on Premiere Pro in which i use a file from an AE project through dynamic link.

When opening Premiere Pro, it is acting as if after effects is not installed.

Error Message:
Adobe After Effects (Beta) must be installed to import this file.

If I uninstall and reinstall both, it fixes for once, but when i close the project and open it again, it crashes again and the "media offline" happens again.

Same problem here, using Version 24.1.0 of PPro and AE on a Silicon Mac. Tried converting my AE project to the Beta and re-importing, but that gives the same error. Please help ASAP, I decided to use Prem Beta for this project to take advantage of the enhance speech tool, and now seriously regretting it...

Confirming: You're working with PPro beta version 24.something, and AE beta version 24.something, yes?
