Dynamic Links stuck on pending.

So I've spent most of the morning trying to solve this issue. I have a Premiere Pro project I keep on coming back to, as I shoot new material to edit in the same style that I've worked out in this project. I make & re-use titles and simpler animations (for corporate vids) that I've made in AE via Dynamic Link.

My problem now is that the DLs are stuck on media pending. I've tried restarting, updating, killing tasks - but it's still stuck.

For the moment I can work around it by rendering out the title from AE and importing it into PP, but I don't look forward having to do it when I start animating bigger clips that are going to need revisions...
