Edit Workspaces does not save the order for hotkeys

If I reorder the Workspaces, using Edit Workspaces, so that I can use the hotkeys Shift+Alt+1 for the first workspace etc. They do not get reordered as seen in Window - Workspaces that shows the matching hotkeys.

Restarting Premiere Beta doesn't help. Works fine in the released version.

I'm fairly sure this is a bug. Can someone please check it out. It matters because it breaks automation from Stream Deck and similar automations. Being able to choose Workspaces with Alt+Shift+number is important.

Currently the Beta version 25.2.0 Build 42 insists in putting these in alphabetical order instead of the customer order that has been set.

The released version 25.1 works correctly.
