Edited Speaker Names Resetting to Default

After editing the speaker names in text-based editing, the names keep reverting back to "speaker 1", etc. This continues to occurr even after renaming a second and third time. Additionally, after sorting transcribed clips into separate bins, the names again revert back to the default "speaker 1", etc.
