Effects Panel - Remove Double-Tab to Search Box

It's been there for a long time.

Select the Effects Panel with a shortcut, or mouse click and it takes two tabs to get to the search field. Same with selecting the Effects Panel within a stacked panel group.

Anyone up for making the search text-box the default control in the Effects Panel.
