Encoder Error - When doing a render and replace media

I am getting this error when attempting to do a render and replace media;

Source clip is Iphone HLG2100, H265

Effects applied to clip is Mocha Pro, stabilize Module is enabled for rendering.

Output target was ProRes HQ

The error message pops up in lower right of Premier, after a min or so and the render replace dialog remains frozen on "analyzing project".  The dialog remains active, there is no freeze, and I am able to Cancel the process. 

I have tried render and replace on a clip without the MochaPro Stabilize, and no effects, it completed with no error.  Attempting now to duplciate the error consistently to see what happens.
