Enhance Speech Feature Bug

I use Premiere to clip episodes of a call-in show and have recently taken to using the Enhance Speech feature in the beta app. 

When it works? It's one of the best things ever. Especially for a show like ours where all the participants are using such varied tech dumping into the final output. But there is one recurring bug where a small clip of audio, usually from the beginning of the sequence, gets replayed repeatedly throughout the clip.

It seems like making a cut right where the bugged audio occurs will force premier to rerun the effect on the two new segments and usually it doesn't come back after that although in the screen record I did for this bug report that fix didn't work!
