Enhance speech isn't working in Premiere Pro Beta. On the latest version of Mac OS Tahoe. On the latest version of Premiere Pro Beta. It seems like the whole software is having issues. Yesterday for me it was crashing constantly and the solution in the end was to use standard Premiere Pro.

    Thank you for posting this issue! It looks like something went wrong during installation, which should also install the Enhance Speech add-on. Could you please try to re-install Premiere Pro Beta and see if that solves the problem?
