Enhance speech having issues echoing on parts of long tracks

Premiere Pro beta 24.1 on Windows 10. I go to enhance and it does it's thing. If I listen to the start of the track where I was when I hit enhance it sounds pretty good. BUT then I go to later in the track and there's this terrible echo effect. If I turn it off at that later point and then turn it back on that part sounds good but I scrub to the beginning and boom that weird echo reverb happens. And it does export that way.
These are longer tracks about an hour or so. They are fully dialogue. Any ideas on what's going on. This has occured for me through 2 updates to the Beta as well.
If I turn down the mix the effect drops but at that point I might as well not even have it applied. I'm coming from descript which was faster at this and while you couldn't tweak the settings I never had this happen.

This is bizarre and so annoying! It's done an incredible job of isolating some voiceover I wanted while there's background music playing loudly.... but this echo is destroying it 😭  I've found de-reverb can help but surely we shouldn't have to do that!

I have the same problem. I use Premiere Pro on both PC and Mac. This problem does not exist in the macOS version. This problem only exists in the PC version. The problem continues for 2 versions.
