Expanding track (height) on Timeline by Alt + Mouse Scroll not working in PPro Beta 24.5.0.21

Steps to reproduce:

1. Position mouse pointer over header area of a track on Timeline
2. Alt + Mouse Scroll up (or down) 
    
   Result: The track is not being expanded or contracted (on height)
   Expected: The track, over which header is positioned the mouse pointer expands (or contracts) on height depending on the Up (Down) is the Mouse scrolling.
    
   System info
