Export options not viewable

Hello,

I did the latest update, but now when i choose to export none of the setting options are viewable (I verified I have the timeline selected prior to selecting export). Also to note, when I go back to edit menu it disables my workspace options. It also grays out the top menu lists. I am woking of a Macbook Pro M1 Max.

p.s. I have tried restarting computer and program multiple times to no avail.
