Fix launch Adobe Premiere pro Beta for Windows arm

My laptop is Microsoft Laptop 7 Snapdragon(R) X 12-core X1E80100 @ 3.40 GHz (3.42 GHz)

I have issues with Adobe Premiere pro Beta for Windows Arm if i launch app it's automatic close. and show me this log issues:
