Frame.IO v4 panel incorrectly changing name of sequences on export

I've found that when I export sequences the Frame.IO v4 panel, my sequence names are being changed (and it appears to match the earlier version of the exported sequences).  This is happening consistently in my current project (I'm currently deleting & resetting my Premiere Pro system preferences 3+ times per day…).  In this project I've been exporting six compile segments, each segment on export has had the name revert to an earlier export of the same sequence.

I suspect this explains why Frame.IO has been having trouble downloding comments back to seqeunces in Premiere Pro.  When I've been trying to download comments from Frame.IO back into Premiere Pro, I've been consistently told that the relevant sequence is incorrect, and I've had to manually re-link the sequence on Frame.IO back to the relevant & correct verison in Premiere Pro (IE: the same sequence, despite Frame.IO insisting that the original sequence in Premiere Pro is not the correct sequence).

this is a screen grab of a sequence being chosend for export:

This is how Frame.IOv4 panel has changed the file name to match an earlier export to Frame.IO:

this is the message that I get on the Frame.IO v4 panel when I open the original sequence that has been uploaded to Frame.IO for comments and want to download the comments from Frame.IO back to the original sequence:
