Full Screen playback won't display unless 2nd monitor is slightly minimized

This has been a bug for a while now. If you have 3 computer monitors connected to a mac and want to use say the 3rd monitor as full screen playback, if you immediately go to settings - playback and set the 3rd monitor as the video stream nothing displays. You have to slightly constrict the UI on the top right of the source record/property panel and THEN it will display full screen on the right monitor.

25.2 beta build 87 but been happening for years. Mac OS 15.2.

No. That always worked fine. It was always when we setup a client to work remote for the first time... usually via Jump desktop etc where they want to use a 3rd computer monitor for full screen playback.  This usually always happens the first time premiere is launched, we resize the right corner down a bit, then it works. The same thing happens if you take the middle monitor and expand it to overlap the right monitor just a tad. It feels like the window overlaps just a tad. This is how it has always been. I am surprised nobody has ever brought this up. My mission control settings are below.

Interesting.

Do you see similar behavior, when using the Blackmagic output?

All the displays are directly connected to the Mac.

Are the displays all directly connected to the Mac, or are there third party Transmit plugins involved?
