Graphics card mirroring failure with frame IO and accessibility zoom options

Hey there.

I was streaming last friday and got a temporary black screen while doing :

- screen sharing to a black magic ultra studio mini recorder

- zooming on my screen via apple's accessibility shortcuts

- using frame.io panels in premiere pro

- having premiere pro in the background.
