Hard crash - Adobe Premiere Beta 25.3

Hi,

The last two Beta updates of Premiere (25.3 and 25.3.x) cause the program to crash immediately upon launch (on my windows 10). It doesn’t stay open, so I’m unable to work or test any UXP code.

A really helpful solution would be the ability to install previous Beta versions. Would it be possible to make this available through the Creative Cloud Desktop app?

Or perhaps through a repository where older Beta versions could be downloaded and installed manually?

Many thanks,
Joan

Update:
For anyone who might be facing a similar issue:
After a few days of searching for a solution, I found one thanks to the Adobe Creative Cloud Diagnostics tool (Beta):

 https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/kb/fix-premiere-pro-crash-issues.html

It detected a conflict with my graphics card, so I installed a different version of the driver.
The issue disappeared, and now Premiere stays open and I’m able to work with it.

Thank you very much for the information, @Stan Jones

Here is my system information:

System info
   Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v25.3.0.20
OS: Windows v10.0.17763, RAM: 15.85 GB, CPUs (logical): 4

I'll explain how I manage to keep Premiere open for at least 20 seconds.
I open Task Manager and end the crashpad_handler.exe processes.

If I manage to do this before Premiere launches, it stays open for about half a minute at most.

Then, suddenly, it crashes unexpectedly.

And thanks for the suggestion to clone the disk before updating. I'll do that to avoid getting stuck and unable to make progress, which is exactly how I am right now.

One idea I propose to Adobe is to allow users to install a previous version of the Beta through the dropdown menu in the Creative Cloud Desktop application. That would be great.

@Birdofscript,

Always report the Beta version with Build number. It updates almost every day. I am on Beta 25.3.0 Build 20, which is still the newest I see in the cloud deskstop. Also, there's actually a special way to report bugs in the Beta. See the screenshot below.

The Start Panel Project plugin works correctly. I can close and reopen the panel and operate its very basic functions. I can also modify and load/reload from UXP Developer tools 2.1.0.30.

Every now and then some one says they rolled the Beta back, but they often don't report their method. The only way I know to roll back a Beta is to clone your drive before updating. Bugs regularly appear and are fixed in the Beta. Before any major update of PR Release, or occasionally for a Beta update, I do a clone.

Edit to add: I am also on Win 10. FYI, this is the handy info the Beta version copies for a bug report:

System info
    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v25.3.0.20
OS: Windows v10.0.19045, RAM: 63.80 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 16
