Incompatibility between Premiere and Encoder

In the beta version of Premiere, I am using the new mask effect. When rendering with Media Encoder, the mask layer is not recognized and is not output. However, when I output the same sequence inside Premiere, it is output correctly. This is annoying for me because my projects usually have many sequences.
