Installation of Premiere Beta V27.0 Build 41 not working

After experiencing Installation problems on Media Encoder 27.0 (29th August build) - but since resolved - I am now getting errors again on Premiere Beta V27.0 Build 41 installation.

It appears to install - then I get error pop up that the enhanced speech module has failed to load due to conflict.

Tried Reboot but doesn’t help.

Tried ‘Retry’ message but no joy I’m afraid - See attached message

Tried uninstall then reboot then reinstall Build 41

Premiere Beta now reverted back to Build 33 on its own.
