Issue with click select option

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I am writing to report a recurring and highly frustrating issue I have been experiencing across multiple Adobe products—most notably in Premiere Pro, which I use extensively for video editing.

The problem arises whenever I try to interact with dropdown menus or selection options. For instance:

  • Changing resolution or screen fit resolution

  • Selecting different presets during export

  • Choosing formats while exporting

In all these cases, the options simply do not respond or allow me to make selections.

To rule out hardware issues, I have tested with multiple mice (including a newly purchased one) and tried different settings, yet the problem persists. This confirms the issue is not mouse-related.

This situation has become extremely disruptive to my workflow and is making me reconsider the value of maintaining an Adobe All Apps subscription.

For your reference, I have attached a screen recording that clearly demonstrates the issue. I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving this matter.
