Issues using the "transcribe" tool

VERSION OF THE APP: Premiere Pro 26.1.1 Beta

OS VERSION: Mac OS Tahoe 26.2

I've been using this tool constanly for text-based editing, but lately (I'm not sure since when) it's getting way less accurate... not only that but sometimes it absolutely ignore entire words or phrases, and add a lot of [...] instead. I've even tried with the same videos I've transcribed a couple days ago and the results are completely different now... worst... unusable.

I've attached screens of the issue, one of the images is the original I took from an autosave, and the other one is the one Premiere is generating now (you'd be able to tell which one).
