Issues with Playback and Rendering in Adobe Premiere Pro Beta

Hello,

My issue is that I can't play anything anymore. My project keeps freezing continuously, and I can't see anything in the playback. This screen remains black or stays on "media pending." I also can't render. Additionally, a portion of my project suddenly has stripes, and I can't play it either. The strange thing is that I only encounter this issue with this project and not with other projects. I've watched a bunch of tutorials, but none of them have solved my problem. Does anyone have a solution? I'm editing in the latest version of Adobe Premiere Pro Beta.
