JPG sequences not behaving properly

Steps to reproduce:
    1. ...Insert a JPG sequence, with JPG color default sRGB

2. Insert a normal video file

Put them on the timeline
 
Result: ...The video looks OK, but the JPG sequence is dark and oversaturated
Expected: ...JPG and Video to look normal

Had to crank midtones all the way up to get it to balance with the normal video.  Same thing worked fine last month.
