Keyboard Shortcuts Messed Up

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Load project and place playhead somewhere.

2. Tap arrow up (Prev Edit)  Result: ... Play head goes to start of timeline.

3. Tap arrow down (Next Edit) Result:... Playhead goes nowhere

Expected: ... KB shortcuts to be standard
