Latest version of the beta shows nothing on the Export screen

Steps to reproduce:
1. Choose to export a video

Result: ...

Expected: well, I'd prefer the old export window, but I'd take the new one with...ANYTHING visible.

System info
Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v23.0.0.33
OS: Windows v10.0.19043, RAM: 72.00 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 24

And the extra-fun thing is that, if I go back to the Edit tab, many menu options (like Save and Save As) are greyed out and unclickable
