Looping audio created in clip when enhance speech is applied

When I apply the enhance speech feature to clips, it often creates looping audio within some of the clips. The audio is from some section of the audio in the clips. I notice the loop is often created in clip sections that are quiet/silent. It's possible it may be linked to me also using the text transcription feature.

For example, it may take the audio of me saying "No" somewhere in a clip and adding a loop of "No" during some silent sections of clips in the project. It may or may not be related to me editing the project with the text transcript editing feature.
