Macbook M1 max render flickering problem

I have a problem with video rendering on my Macbook PRO M1 Max. Every time I render video in Premiere with animation with alpha channel, the image starts flickering and glitching. It doesn't matter which format I render in (mp4, mxf, prores), no matter if I do it in the latest Premiere pro or beta, the result is the same. How it looks - in the attached video examples. 

Is there any solution to the problem? Because I have already started copying the pieces I need in After Effects and rendering them there.
This greatly affects my speed of work and is completely disappointing, because the MacBook Pro costs a lot of money (more than in the US, since I bought it in Russia, where I live).
Hope there is some solution.
