Media Encoder Not Installed

Media Encoder says it is "Not installed" on premerie when it is. I have checked and they are both up to date and installed. I also tried reinstalling both programs and it hasn't fixed my issue either.

Hi @joshh35623075 ,

 

Can you confirm that you have matching versions installed?  For example:

  • If you are you using Premiere Pro (Beta), Premiere Pro (Beta) will look for Media Encoder (Beta).
  • If you are using Premiere Pro 24.X, you must also install Media Encoder 24.X.

Regardless of your individual apps being up to date, they must also be from the same generation to recognize and hand off to each other.
