"Missing asset: Black Video" upon Send to Media Encoder export

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Create a new project.

    2. Create a new timeline (of any resolution and frame rate).

    3. In the Project panel, New Item -> Black Video.

    4. Use the Black Video asset in the timeline (in any way), regardless if its track is visible or not.

    5. Export the timeline in any format -> Send to Media Encoder.

Result: Warning "Offline media detected... Missing asset: Black Video" is displayed in Media Encoder and any part of the timeline containing Black Video is encoded with the Media Offline graphic.
Expected: Any part of the timeline containing Black Video should be rendered as black in the final output.

Hi Blake,

thanks very much for reaching out to us. I could clearly repro the issue and we already have fixed it in 25.0 build 23 onwards.

Sorry for the inconveniences!
