Mogrts loading stuck at 15% in Pr beta 26.0.75

in 26.0.75 beta I wasn't been able to use any mogrts -- for as long as I tried to import any of them  from the Graphics Templates window they keep stucking at 15% load for infinite time if not canceled

As for existing projects with mogrts on the sequence they never get out of the media pending state

[I did a clean reset of the premiere pro preferences and chache prior of final testing]
