Multi-Track Audio Transcript uses all tracks on import

1. Version: 23.3.0 BETA (Build 35)

2. Windows 10 Home Version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.2486)

3. Steps to reproduce:

- I use OBS to record an MKV file with 3 audio tracks (1 for voice, 1 for team chat, 1 for game audio), then remux it to an MP4 multi-track video file

- I create a new project, and import the multi-track MP4 when prompted, selecting "auto transcript" option

- (I would expect it to ask me which track to use, but it does not)

- Auto transcript feature uses either a combination of audio tracks, or the game audio track (which is track 1) to attempt the transcript.

4. Expected result and actual result:

Expected: Two different audio transcriptions, one for each audio track (my voice, and my team's voices)

Actual: No words (or barely a few words from game sound affects that sound word-like) get transcribed.

I have noticed that the options for transcription are sometimes not being offered. I had already turned off auto-transcription for various testing.

They are working so actively with this that several small bugs have appeared briefly and then been fixed in a build or three.

As a workaround in the meantime, try turning off auto-transcription (or use the "re-transcribe" option) and see if that give you the option to pick the audio track.
