MultiCam View Glitch

When editing in multi camera view, as i'm selecting angles, or adding keyframes to audio track to duck certain words, the multi camera viewer changes from program view to multi cam view. While in that glitch the whole program runs like it's struggling, until you make another change in the timeline, then it returns to normal.
