No picture w overlays on external monitor during playback of seq. in PP source monitor

So as it says in the title I'm seeing strange behavior not see by me before todays Beta update, including 23.4 release. When I'm pancake editing and have overlays on and I play the sequence loaded in the source monitor opened in the timeline the external monitors screen goes black and only the overlay remains. When paused both overlay and picture shows in external monitor. I've looked into possible transmit problems, metal issues, gfx card, media cache ect. I'm no rookie. Thoughts?

got the same problem, using the official 23.6.0 (65) release.

If "Enable ovlerays durign playback" is active only the overlay played back via Transmit and no Video.

Using a Mac Studio with M1, OS 13.5 Ventura and a Blackmagic UltraStudio HD Mini V12.4.2

Steps to reproduce:

    1. Turn on overlays. In overlays settings set to "Enable overlays for transmit" to true.

Result:
Transmit goes black when hitting play. Similarly if the "Enable during playback" is off, the transmit freezes when hitting play.

Expected: Playback with overlays
