Not all captions translate

Hey i really need help with this as my deadline is coming. As you can see, i have two tracks with captions. One in Englisch transcripted by Premiere(lower track) and one translated by Premiere (upper track). Does does enyone know why the translate function doesn't translate all the captions /  ideas on how to fix it? 

 

I sellected all te captions, klicked on translate, and than it made this track that stops after 5 minutes.

Hey i found a solution but it is really wierd.

If you delete the length in subtitles of your upper track(already translated) in your lower track(the original ones). You can translate the lower track again and you get a third track with the rest of the translated subtitles. Now you can combine the 2 upper tracks.

 

 

If you dont delete the part thats already translated, the translations of 5 minutes just keep stacking like in the picture below.
