Opacity Masking Controls Not Visible in Program Monitor

Using Premiere Pro Beta,

Created a garbage matte with an opacity mask, the outline controls to move the mask are not visible. I can change parameters in Effect Control pallette, but cannot move the position of the mask. Please see attached screen shot.
