Playback of Warp Stabilized footage at full resolution is mis-aligned

This is not new to the beta version as it has existed in several previous versions.

After applying warp stablizer to the clip, and playing back the sqeuence at full resolution, it will show aligned to the left and up.  Stopping playback it snaps back to the right position.  Playing at half-resolution doesn't have the issue.  Also happening on another identical system.

Tested in 22.6.0 beta, but also exists in other v22.x, v21.x, v20.x.
