PPro always shows duration of sequence as 12:00:00:00

Steps to reproduce:
1.Create a sequence

2. Put some things in it

3. Note the duration of the sequence

Result:

In the Project panel, the Media Duration column ALWAYS shows it as 12 hours long. Which it probably isn't. I have a bunch of 5 and 6 second sequences in my project panel, and PPro thinks they's all 12 hours long.

Expected:

The 'Media Duration' should display the duration of the media, not a silly number. It displays the correct duration of imported items (eg. .movs etc).

I can confirm that this issue is fixed! (I'm now on 23.4.0 build 48).

This issue is fixed in Premiere Pro (Beta) 23.4 build 036 and later. Build 036 won't make it to Creative Cloud today, but please let me know if this issue is fixed for you once you're able to update to a build past 036.

Please clear your Media Cache before trying as the incorrect duration may have been cached in there. You can clear your cache by launching while holding down Shift, and checking "Clear media cache".
