Premier Pro 24 Beta Not showing workspace, app running but nothing appears after settings error

When I open Premier Pro Beta (most recent verison) no workspace opens for any projects.

Same thing for if I try and open a new project.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, but nothing changes even when I select different workspaces, restore to saved layout does not work, all panels etc nothing. Not sure if this is a bug with my OS (Sonoma 14.3) and the program or if I accidentally hit a key to do this.

Any advice is helpful.
