Premiere Beta 23.4 doesn't work

Premiere Beta 23.4 will not open my projects. It crashes before they can load. I had to revert back to version 23.3.

Today's build, Premiere Pro (Beta) 23.4 build 045 should resolve this issue. Please let me know if you are still seeing issues after updating.

That seems to be happening on my end with Ventura 13.3 with today's build
